Our mission is to deliver market-leading customer care and treatment at affordable pricing. Having previously been based out of Harley Street London, we saw how many patients were often outpriced from the treatments they desired in the UK. This is why we have seen such an uptake in cosmetic tourism in the last 10 years. Unfortunately, as has been well documented in the media. Treatments often end with disappointment. Individuals experiencing poor results, further health issues, and little to no aftercare should issues arise. This is where the New Image Clinic was born, why shouldn’t patients have access to the best surgeons, facilities, aftercare, and customer service at an affordable price? The answer to us was very simple, there is no reason.

In 2018 we set out on our goal to build the company you see today. Having worked to develop our partnerships and relationships both here in the UK and in Dr. Hayek’s home country of Lithuania. We are now proud to say we are one the leading clinics in Europe. Offering state-of-the-art VASER liposuction treatments at up to 60% of the costs in the UK and helping over 300 UK patients in our first year alone. Our main clinic is situated in the heart of Kanaus, Lithuania. A city that is famous for its beautiful Interwar architecture that has recently been awarded its European Heritage label. It offers modern 5* hotels, dining, and spa facilities and is just 15-minutes from the airport. It is perfect for individuals looking for more active recovery or those just looking to relax and have everything taken care of for them.

Specialising in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Jamil Hayek graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine in 2005. Here he achieved his medical degree as a specialist doctor. Dr. Hayek is a fluent speaker of Arabic, French, Lithuanian, and English.

Surgery
Can I combine two surgeries at once?
Yes, very often patients opt to have two or multiple procedures at the same time. This is particularly common with VASER treatments. Such as a tummy tuck with abdominal VASER. Or Facelift with neck VASER. It is important to note that it may not always be possible and will be accessed by Dr. Hayek on a case-by-case basis.
Does it have to be under general anesthetic?
In most cases, patients can expect to have treatment under general anesthetic. However, there are a number of minor treatments for which local anesthetics can be applied. Such as our blepharoplasty (Eyelids) procedures.
Are there any restrictions for treatment?
All patients must be 18+, unless for extreme circumstances where there is a medical benefit to the patient. Otherwise, there is no age limit should overall health be in good order.
General
Why is treatment abroad cheaper?
It is a very fair question to ask, however often misunderstood. A number of factors determine the price, the main one being overheads. Operating costs are up to half that of the UK resulting in cost savings for our patients.
How much cheaper is Lithuania compared to the UK?
According to statistical data from the Lithuanian Private Health Care Association, prices in Lithuania are 3 to 10 times lower than in Western countries.
How do I make payment?
Patients can either pay the full balance in the UK or upon arrival in Lithuania. All bookings require a small deposit to secure your chosen date. If you opt for finance the process is the same, payment will be made directly into your account and you can choose whether to pay the balance by card in the UK or Lithuania.
Who is responsible for booking flights and hotels?
Patients will be responsible for the booking of their flights and accommodation. However, our customer care team will be able to provide information and recommendations on the best flights and hotels to suit their needs.
Will I get picked up from the airport?
Yes, upon arrival in Lithuania we will provide a driver to take you to your accommodation and also to the clinic on the day of treatment.
What should I bring with me?
Patients are welcome to bring pre-agreed medication with them. You may also wish to bring laptops, books, or magazines to keep yourself entertained. All compression garments and medical gowns will be supplied by us. We suggest loose/baggy clothing for your recovery and flight home.
Do you share medical info with my GP?
No, unless asked we will never share your data with any other medical agency, the NHS, or your GB. This information is strictly confidential and will not be released without the patient’s consent.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, patients are more than welcome to bring a family member or friend for support. They will not be allowed inside the operating room, however, they can be with you at every other stage of your journey.
